Transportation Workforce Health by DirectX MGT · Powered by OptimalMD
DirectX develops the transportation market. OptimalMD powers the healthcare platform.
TWO WAYS TO BEGIN
Start now.
Ready to get started? Create your DirectX partner account and begin the application and onboarding process now.
- Create your consultant account
- Complete your profile
- Begin onboarding and training
Talk with DirectX first.
Not ready to begin onboarding yet? Tell us a little about yourself, your business, and the type of clients or industries you currently serve. Our team can review your information and discuss how the DirectX Consultant Partnership may fit into your existing business.
These are two separate systems. The enrollment portal creates your partner account and begins onboarding. The inquiry form records your questions and information for DirectX review. You can use either one — or both.
THE OPPORTUNITY
A large workforce. A different healthcare challenge.
Transportation and logistics companies depend on people whose work does not happen behind a desk. Drivers, warehouse employees, contractors, dispatchers, technicians, and operational teams often work around routes, delivery windows, irregular schedules, and time away from home.
DirectX MGT is building a national partner network to help employers connect those workforces with practical everyday healthcare access through our strategic healthcare partnership.
YOUR ROLE
Your role is business development. DirectX and our healthcare partner provide the infrastructure behind the solution.
PARTNERSHIP MODELS
There is more than one way to build with DirectX.
DirectX works with independent professionals, established businesses, and industry organizations. Consultant is one lane — not the only one.
Business Development Partner
You develop employer relationships and lead the conversation, with DirectX training, materials, and enrollment support behind you.
Consultant Partner
You build a Workforce Health practice around your existing clients, industry knowledge, and professional network.
Referral Partner
You introduce employers or decision-makers you already know. DirectX works the opportunity with you or on your behalf.
Channel Partner
You add Workforce Health to a service, platform, or product you already deliver to employers.
Strategic Partner
You bring larger organizations, executive relationships, or enterprise opportunities into a joint DirectX and OptimalMD process.
Industry / Association Partner
You represent a membership organization, association, or industry group whose employers can benefit from Workforce Health.
KNOW WHAT YOU ARE INTRODUCING
See the solution before you introduce it.
Partners should understand exactly what an employer will experience. Explore the Workforce Health company experience, pricing, use cases and business-case tools before starting the conversation.
These resources open the employer Workforce Health experience — the same pages, pricing, and business-case tools your employer conversations will reference.

From relationship to recurring business.
Identify an employer opportunity.
Consultants may develop their own employer relationships, prospect independently, or receive access to qualifying DirectX opportunities when available.
Start the conversation.
DirectX provides approved messaging, presentations, outreach resources, sales guidance, and product training.
Match the opportunity to the right sales process.
Smaller and appropriate mid-market companies may move through the standard consultant sales process. Larger or more complex organizations can be escalated into the DirectX enterprise process.
Employer enrollment begins.
Once an employer moves forward, the account enters the approved onboarding and membership process.
Build recurring compensation from qualifying active memberships.
Consultant compensation depends on account type, consultant level, active memberships, account attribution, and program terms.
Access to DirectX-generated opportunities is based on availability, fit, geography, and performance — not guaranteed.
Two ways to work an opportunity.

BUILD YOUR BOOK
Build recurring monthly income from active employer memberships.
Individual membership commissions are fixed at $10 per qualifying active plan per month, at any volume. Family-plan books can earn more through DirectX-funded family bonuses as qualifying active family plans grow.
DirectX shows base commission and any qualifying family-tier adjustment separately, so you can see exactly what is base and what is a DirectX family bonus. Monthly gross commission = ($10 × qualifying active individual plans) + (current eligible family-plan rate × qualifying active family plans).
APPROVED TWO-MODEL COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Family milestones count qualifying active family plans — not individual memberships, household dependents, employee headcount, or raw prospect counts. A family membership covering up to seven people is one membership for this illustration, not seven.
Base $10.00 + DirectX family adjustment $0.00 = $10.00 per qualifying active plan per month
Base $10.00 + DirectX family adjustment $0.00 = $10.00 per qualifying active plan per month
Base $10.00 + DirectX family adjustment $2.50 = $12.50 per qualifying active plan per month
Base $10.00 + DirectX family adjustment $5.00 = $15.00 per qualifying active plan per month
Example: 100 qualifying active individual plans at $10 plus 250 qualifying active family plans at $15 = $4,750 per month — an illustrative $57,000 12-month run-rate if retained at those levels.
The maximum standard rate is $15 per qualifying active family plan per month, reached only at 250+ active family plans. Individual plans never increase above $10. Family adjustments are DirectX-funded bonuses administered and trued up through DirectX’s own reimbursement or bonus process under the signed consultant agreement. Any exception is handled under a separate signed strategic agreement, not a new consultant tier.
Your active book is built month by month. Retained qualifying memberships can carry forward; new activations add to your book, while cancellations and inactive memberships reduce it.
Commissions are generally processed on an approximately 30-day cycle after verification of eligible active memberships, subject to the signed consultant agreement. Eligible DirectX family-plan bonuses or reimbursements are reconciled under the agreement and reflected in the consultant portal. Earnings are based on qualifying, attributed paid memberships — not the number of employee prospects, enrolled dependents, or total workforce headcount. Account ownership and attribution, payment adjustments, cancellations, any participation fees, and post-termination rights are controlled by the applicable signed agreement.
What can a recurring book of business look like?
Individual plans pay $10 at every volume. Family plans pay $10, then $12.50 at 100+ qualifying active family plans and $15 at 250+.

FAMILY-BOOK EXAMPLES · ENTIRE QUALIFYING FAMILY BOOK

| 250 | $15/mo | $3,750 | $45,000 |

100 plans
$1,000/mo
500 plans
$5,000/mo
1,000 plans
$10,000/mo
Individual-plan income never increases to $12.50 or $15.
MIXED-BOOK EXAMPLE
100 individual plans at $10 + 250 qualifying active family plans at $15 = $4,750/month, $57,000 annualized if retained at those levels.
Example: 100 qualifying active individual plans at $10 plus 250 qualifying active family plans at $15 = $4,750 per month — an illustrative $57,000 12-month run-rate if retained at those levels.
Strategic relationships are handled under a separate signed strategic agreement — not a standard consultant tier. See “Separate Strategic Business Relationship” below.
Illustrations are mathematical examples only and are not guarantees, projections, or representations of expected earnings. Figures are illustrative monthly results and 12-month run-rates, not promised first-year income. Actual earnings change with retention, activation timing, cancellations, qualification, payment verification, and applicable agreement provisions. Compensation depends on qualifying active, attributed memberships, plan type, account attribution, and program terms.
HOW PARTNERS START
Your First 5–10 Contacts Are the Start.
Eligible local businesses are all around you.
These industries are illustrative. Confirm industry and market authorization before soliciting outside DirectX’s approved transportation/logistics territory or other permitted markets.
Your first 30 days.
A guide, not a required sales quota or a guaranteed conversion process.
CREATORS & AUDIENCES
Creators can introduce the program through approved content with disclosure of their financial relationship, link attribution, and follow-up. Follower count does not guarantee sales.
SEPARATE STRATEGIC BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP
A separate, negotiated relationship — not a consultant tier.
For qualifying enterprise opportunities, a hypothetical $5 share per verified, attributed active paid membership per month may be available — only under a separate negotiated written agreement. It is never a standard consultant rate.
An employer with 20,000 employees does not automatically generate 20,000 active paid memberships. Only verified, enrolled, eligible, attributed, retained memberships count. $5 is an example, not an automatic or universal rate, and enterprise referrals do not stack with standard consultant commissions unless a specific signed agreement authorizes that.
LONGER-TERM DIRECTX OPPORTUNITY
Workforce Health can be a starting point, not the end of the relationship. Experienced partners may later qualify to support DirectX software and operations offerings — Loadmii, MiiTruckin, Rental Command, Specialized Command, Tow Command, Warehouse ERP Command, and custom ERP/CRM/AI solutions. Any new product sales rights or compensation require separate approval and written terms.

Partners are not expected to:
Partners are compensated for qualifying employer business and memberships — not for recruiting other partners.
Build relationships with clear account attribution.
Submit the employer
Consultant registers the employer through the DirectX system.
Duplicate review
The system determines whether the employer already exists within DirectX or another consultant’s approved pipeline.
Account attribution
Approved new opportunities can be associated with the originating consultant.
90-day protection
An approved consultant opportunity receives an initial 90-day account-protection period. The consultant must maintain documented legitimate activity — decision-maker outreach, completed conversations, scheduled meetings, proposals, documented follow-up, or active sales discussions. If an account remains inactive, DirectX may review, release, or reassign it pursuant to program rules.
Registering an employer does not by itself guarantee permanent ownership of that account. Existing DirectX/OptimalMD strategic relationships are subject to DirectX review.
